Born and raised in Dawson, Minnesota, Brian Bothun knows what it means to build something from the ground up. Eighteen years ago, he recognized a growing opportunity in commercial roofing and coatings and got to work. Brian is an American Weatherstar Approved Platinum Contractor and holds various manufacturer certifications specializing in fluid-applied roof restoration, single-ply membrane systems (TPO and EPDM), spray polyurethane foam roofing, elastomeric coatings, and Roof MRI impedance moisture scanning, a diagnostic technology that identifies hidden moisture in commercial roofs before it becomes a costly problem. It's a specialty very few contractors in the region offer, and it's a difference Brian takes seriously.
